Dash Forward 2025 was DoorDash’s flagship innovation event, designed to unveil the company’s next chapter as a local commerce platform. The experience brought together media, partners, and industry leaders to introduce new products, technology, and services that expand DoorDash beyond food delivery into dining out, retail, grocery, and logistics.
The event aimed to clearly articulate DoorDash’s long-term vision, demonstrate real, near-term innovation, and reposition the brand from a delivery app to a foundational layer of local commerce, while building momentum with press, partners, and internal teams.
Our team led the experience end-to-end, defining the narrative and executing it across content, design, programming, and immersive press interactions.
