Help Orasis create a unique QLOSI® VIP launch experience for Eye Care Professionals at the 2024 American Academy of Optometry (AAOpt) in Indianapolis on November 6–9. This should include a booth presence (20x10) and an engaging ECP educational VIP event. We should advise on how to use booth space and how to activate an ECP educational event.
The Answer:
The Qove. An oasis of clarity amid the bustle of the trade show floor.
This unique environment allows ECPs to get Qlose in style and comfort with the brand.

As they move through the experience, attendees are invited to get "QLOSE UP"—a theme woven into every aspect of the footprint and VIP event—transforming from curious observers into engaged brand enthusiasts. By the time they leave, they'll have a newfound appreciation for the beauty of seeing the world up close and a deeper understanding of the role Qlosi can play in their patients' lives.










After a successful booth at AAO, the client asked us to explore how we could evolve the space into a bigger, better, and more modular experience for a 2025 traveling kit. As their partner and provocateur, we had already envisioned building a QOVE using the modular pieces we introduced in 2024. But we wanted to push the envelope—creating a concept that not only offers flexibility in size but also elevates the design into something truly unique and one that was sure to stand out among the sea of blue and white footprints.
